Procedures 1. Telecom Auditing for voice lines, long distance and data connections (recommended for medium to large businesses). We start with an agreement and a Letter of Agency with a designated contact person from your company who can authorize any changes needed. We analyze three months of bills and begin from an agreed upon average. Your phone bills will be organized into an easy-to-read excel sheet and sent to you every month. No changes will ever be made without your designated person giving authorization first. After the difference has been documented and actually received by your company, you will be invoiced for one-half of the difference between the original average and the new monthly amount after Communications Auditing Services has started working with you.  In other words, we split the difference which is the savings after you have received it.  We do not invoice for future or estimated savings. We also provide consulting for any of your telecom needs free while you are under contract. We act as your advocate and part of your team in negotiations and decisions concerning your telecom. We do not sell any services or hardware and we are not agents for any carriers. 2. Hourly consulting for telecom (recommended for small businesses and projects). We start with a project outline that details the project requirements, expectations and anticipated costs. After the project has started, if the project looks like it will exceed the number of hours in the outline then you will be notified to see how you would like to proceed. You are only invoiced for the number of hours actually worked on the project not the estimated hours. 3.
