Our contingency based auditing for medium to large businesses provides maximum services.

When a business is in an auditing agreement with Communications Auditing Services, we become a team in building efficient and economical communication systems.  In addition to the initial audit, Communication Auditing Services:

  • Coordinates all of the adds, moves and changes
  • Negotiates contract rates
  • Advises on equipment, maintenance agreements and network configurations
  • Monitors the bills monthly
  • Provides notifications of unusual activity on telecom bills
  • Shares knowledge and insight of telecom developments that will help customers achieve their goals
  • Pursues refunds and settlement monies owed to their customers
  • Works with the carrier managers and technicians prior to changes to take care of potential problems and helps them work through any billing errors that arise after the changes.
